Characteristics of design
The interior door system Vizus Monolit is distinctive for its unique design. It includes solutions of several key interior details, allowing fitting of single sash and double sash doors with or without the top light. The basic configuration is characterized by the monolithic profile of the jamb adhering to the wall on the outer side. This created a possibility to introduce a unique interior detail for all the interior doors whose outer wall surface is smooth, irrespective of the smoothness of the walls on the interior side. Also, adhering the door frame profile on the outer side allowed for recessing the swing path of the door into the depth of the jamb, which is particularly convenient when fitting the door to small rooms.
The resistance of aluminum to moisture and cleaning chemicals are the reasons for including an additional aluminum profile of door frame into the offer, as it lines the jamb on the inside. In this way, double door frames can be formed on the 10 to 27 cm thick walls. In the formal sense, a visual connection to the façade aluminum systems emphasizing sealing systems was avoided, by using the hidden EPDM profiles and by promoting precise lines of aluminum profiles, which accomplished a special aesthetics acceptable in the contemporary interior design. The option of fitting single sash and double sash, doors with glazing and full paneling with or without the top light satisfies most of the practicable interior uses.

It can be made in the frame of 68mm wide aluminum profile, glazed with 6-8mm glass, with or without partitions, or double paneled and finished with stained veneer lining covered with colored MDF. Total thickness of the sash 42mm.

Aluminum profiles
Profiles of door frame and the sash can be: anodized according to the color chart of the company performing anodizing or plasticized according to RAL, AkzoNobel Interpon or Syntha Pulvin.
Paneling
Finish may involve: veneer lining, staining according to the Vizus color chart or to customer sample or lined with MDF and covered with cover color according to RAL color chart or to customer sample.
Glass
Standard offer comprises glazing using transparent glass in clear quality or using the industrial sandblasted satinato glass. There is an option to use glazing tainted in a certain color or with a certain reflexivity according to the available market assortment. The thickness of the glass is 6-8mm.
